This cause, started back in 2012 when it was first announced that there would be no celebration of lights, in the hope that county leaders would see that people still wanted the celebration.

It has been a year now and it looks as though there will no celebration in 2013 either. So it is now seeming that it is falling to us. In the coming months we will brainstorm and work on ideas to help bring back the event that we love and that has helped many in our community.

Please go to the Christmas Card Campaign page and help me and others let the county know that we still care, and we would greatly appreciate it if they would bring the celebration back.
